Labor and Birth

It's important that you know what happens during labor and birth. If this is your first birth, your first out-of-hospital birth or your first birth in several years, we strongly recommend that you take a childbirth education class. Compassionate Birth Services offers Birth Boot Camp classes. We also recommend that you consider hiring a doula, even if you'll be seeing a midwife.
